Landon Ferrell joined the Baysox in 2015. Landon handles finances for the Baysox, in addition to two other baseball teams under the Attain Sports umbrella - the Frederick Keys and Aberdeen IronBirds.

Brittney Brite joined the Baysox in 2025. Brittney helps run the Baysox Box Office. She serves an integral role with ticket operations and distribution, while also serving fans at the Box Office windows and helping them with all their ticketing needs. Brittney's past stops include D.C. United and the Washington Spirit, in addition to the St. James Sports Complex.

Fun Fact: Brittney enjoys hiking, running, and going to the beach.

Vinny joined the Baysox sales staff in 2021, working his way up to his current role of "Director of Ticket Sales" in 2024. Vinny helps lead the Baysox Group Sales team. He specializes in . Prior to the Baysox, Vinny worked for the Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles, and the Binghamton Rumble Ponies - Double-A affiliate of the New York Mets.

Fun Fact: Vinny is a 2016 graduate of Holy Family University

Taylor Copeland joined the Baysox in December of 2025. Taylor works on the Baysox Group Sales team. Prior to the Baysox, Taylor worked with the Pittsburgh Steelers as a Corporate Partnerships Intern. She's also worked in ticketing with West Virginia Athletics and the MLB Draft League's West Virginia Black Bears. Taylor credits watching the Pittsburgh Pirates at PNC Park during the summer for helping her discover a love of baseball and inspiring her to peruse this career. Taylor graduated from West Virginia University in 2024.

Fun Facts: Taylor is an entrepreneur with a small business in jewelry and makeup. She also loves to travel and explore places.

Justin Kelleher joined the Baysox as Director of Partnerships just before the 2025 season. Justin helps lead the Baysox sponsorship team, including building and organizing the Baysox Partnership Guide, working with clients and businesses, and sponsorship activation. Justin brings a robust background in the sports industry for Chesapeake, with past roles working for the Tampa Bay Rays, Portland Sea Dogs, Reno Aces, and Oklahoma City Dodgers.

Fun Facts: Justin loves exploring the outdoors and always plans a few camping/hiking trips every year. State Parks and lighthouses are his go-to day trips if he can't venture too far. He also knows his team wouldn't forgive him if he didn't share that he's from Maine! ("I guess I've reminded them a few times.")

Alexis Black joined the Baysox just prior to the start of the 2025 season. Alexis helps lead all community efforts within the Baysox marketing department, including community appearances, Louie's Holiday Hope Project, and the Baysox "Read and Hit a Home Run" Reading Program. Alexis has a decorated sports background, interning with the Washington Wizards and George Washington University Athletics. She even worked her first job at Prince George's Stadium as a concessions worker during Baysox games while she was in high school. Alexis graduated from North Carolina A&T State University in 2023, before earning her Master's Degree from George Washington University in 2025.

Fun Facts: Alexis was a cheerleader for 14 years and is currently a cheerleading coach at a Prince George's county high school.

A member of the Prince George's Stadium press box staff since 2019, Will Beal joined the full-time front office staff prior to the 2024 season. As Video Production Coordinator, Will leads video content projects for the Baysox channels. Will also staffs the Baysox press box and ensures a smooth press box operation on game days, while running the in-stadium videoboards. Additionally, Will contributes as a graphic designer for the Baysox for both in-house and social media operations. Outside of the Baysox, Will works as a camera operator and stream producer for the Maryland Black Bears of the North American Hockey League. Will also served as a camera operator for the Triple-A Indianapolis Indians while in college. Will graduated from Butler University in 2016 with a degree in Digital Media Production.
