Digital Ticketing Guide

In collaboration with Major League Baseball, the Tortugas are excited to share that online ticket accounts are being merged with MLBs. In essence, this means your ticketing account with MLB (should you already have one) and your Tortugas account will be one in the same for a seamless experience!

This change is being made to connect your ticketing account with MLB.com’s account services and is intended to make the ballpark experience easier for you. For the first time, you’ll be able to purchase, access, manage, and scan your tickets using an MLB account.

If you already are logged in with your MLB account in either the MiLB app or Missions website, any tickets you purchase automatically will be associated with your account for easy access. For any issues, contact the Tortugas Box Office at 386-257-3172 or email us at info@daytonatortugas.com

First Time Login

Why log in to your account?

Logging in allows you to view, manage, transfer, and access your tickets anytime before game day.

From our website, click the three lines in the top left corner. From the drop-down, select 'Tickets & Promotions' and then 'Access My Tickets'.

You will be prompted to Create an Account to access and purchase tickets through our website. All tickets will be associated with the same email you use to buy tickets over the phone or online.

Now you are all set, and you have an account created. You can use this for any future purchases.

Accessing Tickets From Confirmation Email

Why access your tickets before game day?

Accessing your tickets ahead of time helps ensure a smooth entry into the ballpark. By logging in early and adding your tickets to your mobile wallet, you'll avoid login issues, slow internet connections, or delays at the gate on game day.

After purchasing tickets, you will receive an email from ordertracking@tickets.com that will contain information regarding your tickets.

The email will be sent to the same email that the tickets were purchased under. After opening the email, click 'My Account' to login to access your tickets. You can also access your tickets by downloading the MiLB App.

From here, tickets can be scanned using 'Previous Ticket' or 'Next Ticket' to move from ticket to ticket. To save to your Apple or Google Wallet, click the button on the bottom left hand side on the digital ticket.

Reset Password

Why reset your password?

If you don't remember your password or can't log in to your account, you can easily reset it to regain access and manage your tickets.

Enter the email address associated with your account and select continue.

Select 'Forgot Password?' to begin the process of resetting your password.

Confirm your email address that you want the verification email sent to, and press 'Send Email'.

You should receive an email from AccountService@mlb.com containing a verification code. It can take 5-10 minutes to receive the code. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder.

Enter your new password making sure it meets the password requirements. Once your new password is made, re-login with your new password.

Forwarding Tickets

Why forward tickets?

Forwarding tickets allows you to easily send tickets to friends, family, or coworkers ahead of time so they can access them directly from their own account on game day.

Select the seat(s) you would like to forward. Click the 'Choose Friend' button to proceed.

Confirm you have selected the appropriate tickets and then tap 'Forward Tickets'. You can include additional tickets by selecting 'Add More Tickets'. The recipient will be notified via the email address used that they now have tickets in their account.

Redeeming Vouchers

Once logged in to your account, click the three menu lines and select 'My Tickets'. Then choose 'Vouchers'.

Select your voucher package. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Voucher Actions.' From there, you can either Redeem your vouchers or Forward them via email.

Select the game date you would like to redeem your voucher(s) for. You will then be directed to the ballpark seating map to choose your seats.

After selecting your seat(s), click 'Buy 1 Seat'. This will add the ticket(s) to your cart.

Frequently Asked Questions

Digital ticketing provides a safe, convenient and secure way for Tortugas fans to use and share game tickets. It also helps prevent lost, forgotten and fraudulent tickets and provides a contactless entry solution for all fans coming through the gates at Jackie Robinson Ballpark.

Log in using your MLB Ballpark / MyProVenue account email and password — the same info used for your Reds Ticket Account. If you don’t have an MLB account yet, click Sign Up to create one. All tickets are tied to the email you used to purchase online or by phone.

Absolutely! The Box Office is open on game days. From Tuesday through Saturday, it’s open from 12:00pm until 4:00pm in the main building.

At the ticket booths at the ballpark until 7:30pm or until the 7th inning, whichever comes first.

On Sundays with a 1:05pm first pitch, the Box Office at the office is NOT open.

Ticket booths at the gate open at 12:00pm and closes at 3:00pm or the 7th inning.

The Box Office is closed on non-game days.

Tickets purchased at the Box Office will be digital. Anyone purchasing tickets at the Box Office who does not already have an account will have one automatically created. This ensures lost tickets can be quickly recovered using the purchaser’s name and provides a faster, smoother experience for future purchases.

A QR code or barcode (depending on the type of digital ticket used) will be shown on the screen of your mobile device at the gates and scanned by one of our ticket takers for entry.

Yes, you can swipe to view and scan multiple tickets on a single phone. For example, if a family of 4 people are walking into the game together, only one person would need to show the 4 tickets on their phone.

Yes! To save tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet, view your confirmation email on your mobile device and select either “Click here to add your tickets to Apple Wallet now” or “Click here to add your tickets to Google Wallet now.”

Troubleshooting

If after 5 minutes you do not receive your tickets, we suggest checking your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please call us at (386) 257 - 3172

View your tickets on your phone before arriving.

They’ll be saved locally and can be scanned without a connection. Adding them to your mobile wallet is also recommended. You can also go to the 1st or 3rd base box office for assistance.
