The FredNats offer several seasonal front office positions in various departments. To find out more and apply, click here.
The FredNats will begin hiring for gameday positions at their annual job fair, set for Thursday, Feb. 5th, from 3 to 6pm. It will be held in the Total Property Services Club Level at the ballpark. On-site interviews will be conducted on a first come, first serve basis (no advance appointments). Applications will be available on site, or download the application using the button below. We will not accept applications prior to the job fair. If you can't make it to the job fair, you can drop off your application in the FredNats Front Office beginning Friday, Feb. 6th.

All applicants must be 16 or older to be considered for a gameday position with the Fredericksburg Nationals.

Those interested in employment can fill out the application on their computer and it can be emailed when completed to hr@frednats.com. It can also be printed out, completed and scanned in to hr@frednats.com, or dropped off at the FredNats front office, M-F 9am-5pm.
