From the moment you buy to the moment you hear that first pitch, it is a smooth and contactless experience. This guide will show you how to access, share, and manage your tickets so you are set when the gates open. We are here to make sure your game day is a grand slam.
You can mange your account & purchases by accessing the menu, press the hamburger button ☰ in the top right corner.
Once logged in to your account, tap ‘View Tickets’ to view tickets for your next game, or ‘View All Ticket Inventory’ to view future dates.
Viewing your Ticket Inventory, you will see the ticket(s) in your account. Select the game you would like to access, or
‘View All Ticket Inventory’ to view future dates. After selecting the event, you will see all of the seat locations you have for the event. Please select a seat to view your ticket.
It is recommended to add your tickets to your smartphone wallet prior to arrival. To do this, press ‘add’. This will help ensure quick entry into the ballpark on game day.
Enter the email address your account is associated with and select continue.
Select ‘Forgot Password?’ to begin the process of resetting your password.
You will receive an email from AccountService@mlb.com containing a verification code. It can take 5-10 minutes to receive. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder.
Enter your new password making sure it meets the password requirements. Once your new password is made, re-login with your new password.
Once logged in to your account, tap ‘View Tickets’ to view tickets for your next game, or ‘View All Ticket Inventory’ to view future dates.
Find and select the game for which you want to forward tickets from, and click ‘Forward’ to continue.
Tap on a recipient from your current list, or tap ‘Add Friend’ to enter the person’s name and email address if not previously added.
Confirm you have selected the appropriate tickets and then tap ‘Forward Tickets. You can include additional tickets by selecting ‘Add More Tickets’. The recipient will be notified via the email address used that they now have tickets in their account.
Once logged in to your account, tap ‘View Tickets’ to view tickets for your next game, or ‘View All Ticket Inventory’ to view future dates.
Once you have selected your desired game a list of tickets will appear. There will be a notation under any previously
forwarded ticket. Select ‘Recall’ at the bottom of your screen.
Select any previously forwarded seat that you would like to recall and tap ‘Continue’.
Please review your selections. Once you've selected the tickets to recall, click ‘Recall Tickets’ and they will be available again on your account.
Find and select the game for which you Select the seat(s) you would like to want to exchange tickets from, and
click ‘Exchange’ to continue.
A credit for your exchanged ticket will be added to the cart. Click “Find Eligible Events” to proceed.
Select the date you want to exchange into.
Use the Season Ticket Vault if you want to store the ticket and exchange into a game at a later time. This will jump to Step 8 to complete your exchange. You can use your Vault credit to exchange into future games.
Choose your section and seat form the seating map. Once selected, click open the Seat Selected button.
Confirm your selected seat by clicking “Buy 1 Seat” button. You are purchasing the new ticket using the credit from the exchange in your cart.
Once logged in to your account, tap the hamburger button in the top right corner.
Tap My Tickets, and then tap “VOUCHERS” in the menu to access your Adventure Plan or Add Vouchers to your account.
All available vouchers will be shown on this page. Scroll to the bottom of this page, click the Voucher Actions arrow icon, and choose Redeem to use your vouchers. Here you can also choose to forward vouchers to your contacts.
Select the number of vouchers you want to redeem by clicking the check box next to each voucher. One voucher
equals one seat redemption. Once selected, click “Continue” on the bottom of this page.
Select the game you want to redeem your vouchers for.
Click the section you want to choose your seats. Here you can select from the related sections of your purchased Adventure Plan.
You can also choose to upgrade into other available sections in the ballpark. You will be charged the difference in ticket price from your voucher value.
Choose your section and seat form the seating map. Once selected, click open the Seat Selected button.
Confirm your selected seat by clicking “Buy Seat(s)” button. Your are purchasing the ticket using your previously selected vouchers.
You will see your ticket price and the voucher applied in your cart.
Here you will scroll to bottom, click Agree to Terms, and click “Place Order” to complete your voucher redemption purchase.
Digital Ticketing FAQs
Why are we moving to digital ticketing?
In addition to MLB facility requirements, digital ticketing provides a safe and convenient fan experience with faster entry on game day. Digital tickets reduce the risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and allow you to easily manage, transfer, or sell your tickets at any time.
What is my account login?
Log in using your MLB Account email address and password. If you do not already have an MLB account, click Sign Up to create one and access your tickets.
All tickets will be associated with the same email address you use to purchase tickets online or over the phone. If you experience any issues, please contact our office at (503) 640 0887.
How do I get the MiLB app?
You can directly download the MiLB app here to access your tickets and all content Hops related: MiLB App
Will group tickets be digital?
Yes. Group tickets will be distributed digitally and can be easily forwarded to individual group members or mass distributed by your Sales Representative. Please refer to the Forward Your Tickets tutorial for step by step instructions.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online or by phone, just as before. Tickets may also be available at the box office when inventory allows. Box office purchases are subject to day of pricing and any applicable print service fees, so purchasing online is recommended.
If you purchase tickets in person, you will not receive a printed ticket. Instead, your tickets will be texted to you, loaded into your My Tickets account, and sent to your email for easy access.
Can I add tickets to my Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
Yes. After accessing your tickets, select the tickets you would like to add and tap the Add to Wallet button.
How can I make sure I can access my tickets on game day?
We strongly recommend adding your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arriving at the ballpark. This ensures your tickets are accessible even if you experience connectivity issues at the gate.
Can I screenshot my tickets for entry?
No. Screenshots will not be accepted for entry, as this helps prevent fraudulent ticket use. Tickets must be accessed through your online ticket account, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or a texted digital ticket.
What do I show at the gate for entry?
You will present a QR code or barcode displayed on your mobile device. A staff member will help scan your ticket for entry.
Can I have multiple tickets on one phone?
Yes. If your group is entering together, you can scan multiple tickets from one smartphone by swiping between tickets.
Can I buy a ticket for someone else?
Yes. If you are not entering the ballpark together, you will need to forward their ticket via email. Log into your ticket account and select the Forward option.
Will the recipient know if I forward a ticket?
Yes. The recipient will receive an email notification. If they do not already have an account associated with that email address, they will be prompted to create one.
Can a forwarded ticket be forwarded again?
Yes. Tickets can be forwarded multiple times. Both the sender and recipient will receive confirmation emails each time a ticket is forwarded.
Troubleshooting and Help
How do I access tickets I purchased?
After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access your tickets. Tickets can be viewed and scanned on a mobile device or printed at home. You can also access your tickets by logging directly into your ticket account.
What if I do not receive my confirmation email?
Confirmation emails may take up to 15 minutes to arrive. Please check your spam or junk folder for an email from ordertracking@tickets.com. Gmail users should also check the Promotions and Social tabs. If you still cannot locate the email, contact our office at (503) 640 0887.
What if I forgot my password?
Click Reset Password on the login page to create a new password.
What if I do not have a smartphone?
You may still purchase tickets without a mobile device. Box office day of pricing and print fees may apply.
What if I lose internet connectivity while waiting in line?
We recommend opening your tickets on your phone before arriving at the ballpark. Once opened, the ticket data is stored on your device and can be displayed without an internet connection. Adding tickets to your mobile wallet is also recommended.
What if my phone battery dies?
Please visit the box office upon arrival and our staff will assist you.
What if I cannot find tickets I purchased?
Confirm you are logged into the account associated with the email address used at purchase. If you still cannot locate your tickets, please call us at (503) 640 0887 or email tickets@hillsborohops.com.
What if I forwarded a ticket to the wrong email address?
You can recall the ticket from your account and then forward it to the correct email address.
What if I cannot find tickets that were forwarded to me?
Make sure you are logged into the account using the email address where the tickets were sent. You may also ask the sender to recall and reforward the tickets. If issues persist, contact us at (503) 640 0887 or email tickets@hillsborohops.com.
