Hudson Valley took the lead in the top of the first inning on a leadoff home run by Jackson Lovich, but the Blue Rocks scored five unanswered runs to finish the ballgame.

This was the first game in the series to not end in a shutout, as each of the first three games of the series resulted in a shutout by one team.

Liñan’s five strikeouts increased his season total to 106 between the Renegades and Somerset Patriots, among the top 10 among Yankees minor leaguers this year. He finishes his 2026 with 98 strikeouts with Hudson Valley, fourth-most on the team.

Liñan has allowed three earned runs or fewer in six straight games with the Renegades. His six hits allowed on Friday were his most since 6/28 (Game 2) at Bowling Green.
