The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp aim to create a safe, family, affordable environment where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. In order to create such a place the following regulations have been enacted for VyStar Ballpark.
All guests and belongings are subject to search. Refusal to comply with result on denied entry without refund.
Permitted Bags
Only these bag typers and sizes are permitted to enter VyStar Ballpark., following inspection, for any ballpark event.

Prohibited Bags
Non-clear backpacks, drawstring bags, coolers, duffel bags, camera bags, fanny packs, large purses or any other bags any larger than permissible size are not permitted to enter VyStar Ballpark.
Medically necessary bags and items are permitted after inspection.
Bag Policy
- Guests are permitted bags or purses no larger than 16" x 16" x 12", brief cases, suit cases, and hard sided bags are prohibited
- All bags are subject to security searches for prohibited items (outlines as prohibited items below) at the gates.
