The Myrtle Beach Pelicans have gone digital! Digital ticketing provides a safe, convenient and secure way for fans to use and share game tickets. It also helps prevent lost, forgotten and fraudulent tickets, and provides a contactless entry solution for all fans attending a game at Pelicans Ballpark.
The Pelicans have partnered with a new ticket provider this year, so the first time you access your online account you’ll need to create a new password. Please create your account using the same email we have on file for your tickets.
See below for steps on accessing, exchanging, forwarding, and redeeming your tickets.
Step 1
Click here on your mobile device and enter the email address and password associated with your Pelicans account. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact your Account Representative or tickets@myrtlebeachpelicans.com for assistance.
Tap Sign Up to set a password for the first time or Reset Password if you are unable to remember your password.
Step 2
Once logged in to your account, tap 'VIEW TICKETS' to view your tickets for your next game or tap 'VIEW ALL TICKET INVENTORY' to view tickets for all future dates.
Step 3
After selecting the date of the game you are attending, a list of tickets for that date will appear. Tap on the specific tickets to view the barcode.

Select the game date you would like to Exchange.

Once logged in to your account, tap the menu icon in the top right corner. You will then select the dropdown with the heading ‘My Tickets,’ and then select the ‘FORWARD’ option.
Step 6
Once you have selected a friend, or added and clicked create Friend, hit the 'FORWARD TICKETS' button at the bottom of the page.

Once the tickets have been successfully forwarded, you will receive a 'SUCCESS' pop-up and a confirmation email. The patron you sent tickets to will also receive an email to accept the tickets.

Once logged in to your account, tap the menu icon in the top right corner. You will then select the dropdown with the heading ‘My Tickets,’ and then select the ‘VOUCHERS’ option.

After selecting ‘CONTINUE,’ you can then select the game date that you would like to redeem your vouchers for. Once the game date has been selected, set your search options, select available seats from the interactive seating map. Tap the Arrow with the seat icon at the bottom of your screen.

Click Purchase On Hold Tickets

Check the box next to all of the seats you are looking to purchase.
Step 8
Review your seating then click CONTINUE.
Step 10
Read over the Terms & Conditions, then close out of that pop-up window.
Step 11
From here, you will fill out all of your credit card information.
You can PAY IN FULL or you can schedule a PAYMENT PLAN that will auto-draft out of your account each month.
Check the box that states you have read and agree to the Terms of Use & All sales are FINAL & NOT refundable.
Click PAY NOW.
