Kyle, who joined the Sounds in August 2019, is responsible for providing support to our fans at the box office and assisting our ticket sales and service teams with various initiatives.

Prior to the Sounds, Kyle served as the Ticket Sales Manager with the Lexington Legends. He also spent a year working for the Atlanta Braves, his childhood favorite team. Kyle previously worked for the Sounds at Greer Stadium from 2007-08 serving as a Ticket Office Assistant. 

Kyle graduated from the University of Tennessee with an MBA and Masters in Recreation and Sport Management as well as a Bachelors Degree in Sport Management and is originally from Hendersonville, Tennessee. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, playing softball and maintains a bottle cap collection of over 2,500 bottle caps. His favorite sports team is the Atlanta Braves. 

Logan is responsible for selling partial plan memberships, hospitality areas, and group tickets. He also provides customer service for Sounds fans with ticket-related questions at First Horizon Park.

He joined the Sounds in November 2025.

Jeff Hem continues to serve as the "Voice of the Sounds" for the 2026 season. He enters his 14th year in Music City and his 20th overall season behind the microphone.

In 2012, Hem arrived in Nashville with eight seasons and over 1,100 games of professional baseball experience under his belt. He spent the previous seven seasons with the Single-A Kane County Cougars of the Midwest League, including 2009 when the Cougars, then an A's affiliate, were managed by former Sounds skipper Steve Scarsone.

Career highlights for Hem include making his regular season Major League broadcast debut in June 2018 with the Oakland A's for a doubleheader at the Chicago White Sox, being part of the radio broadcast team for the 2018 Triple-A All-Star Game in Columbus, Ohio, and calling the inaugural game at First Horizon Park on April 17, 2015. While with the Cougars, he also enjoyed the opportunity to call two minor league games at Wrigley Field in Chicago and Busch Stadium in St. Louis.

His additional duties for the Sounds include sponsorship and corporate sales and performing public speaking engagements. In the offseason, Hem continues to call the play-by-play action for several college and high school games on television and radio.

A native of Aurora, Illinois, and a graduate of the University of Iowa, Hem began his broadcasting career while in college before completing an internship with the Battle Creek Yankees en route to gaining his position with Kane County. He and his wife, Alissa, reside in Hendersonville with their two children.

Cory oversees communications efforts for the Sounds and First Horizon Park.

His duties include writing and distributing press releases and baseball information that helps promote organizational and team accomplishments both on and off the field. He also manages game day press box operations, co-manages the club's social media efforts, serves as the main contact for media requests and interviews with local and national media, and helps in producing and editing content for the team's publications and website.

Cory is in his eighth season working in professional baseball and second with the Sounds after arriving in Nashville in January 2025. He comes to Middle Tennessee after spending four seasons with the Amarillo Sod Poodles (Double-A , Arizona Diamondbacks). He served as the Director of Media Relations and Baseball Operations for the Sod Poodles from 2022-24. He joined the Sod Poodles as the Baseball Communications Coordinator prior to the start of the 2021 season. During his time in Amarillo, he oversaw the team's external communication efforts, including all materials that are distributed to fans along with local and national media outlets used to promote the team and organization.

Prior to joining the Amarillo front office, he worked as the Media Relations Trainee for the Gwinnett Stripers (Triple-A, Atlanta Braves) briefly before the minor league season was canceled in 2020. His start in professional baseball came in the 2019 season as the Media Relations Intern for the Pulaski Yankees, a former Advanced Rookie affiliate of the New York Yankees in Virginia.

A native of Golden, Colorado, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in sports media from Metropolitan State University of Denver in December 2018. He enjoys spending his free time exploring new areas outdoors with his wife and two dogs, playing golf, and watching sports. Cory and his wife, Cara, are excited to welcome twins just before the start of the 2026 season.

Nishant enters his 3rd season in Triple-A baseball and the first with Nashville after joining the team as the Communications Assistant in February of 2026. His responsibilities consist of assisting game-day operations, game-day lineups, game notes, press releases, media credentials, and coordinating player/staff interviews with local and national media.

Brahme served as the Media Relations Intern for the Iowa Cubs during the 2025 season. He assisted their communications staff with researching baseball information, credential requests, game-day lineups, feature stories, and media interviews all while serving double-duty on game days where he handled social media and pitch clock during I-Cubs home games.

Prior to Iowa, he served as the Media and Communications Seasonal Associate with the Omaha Storm Chasers during the 2024 season. With Omaha, he assisted their communications staff with distribution of game day information in the press box and clubhouses along with coordinating player interviews and assisting with other baseball information. He was fortunate enough to be a part of Storm Chasers 2024 International League Championship as they defeated the Columbus Clippers in a three-game series.

He attended the University of Kansas from 2019-2023 and earned his bachelor's degree in Sport Managment with a minor in Journalism (Strategic Communications).

Chuck provides assistance in both the home and visiting clubhouses during the playing season. He has worked for the Sounds since 2018.

Chuck graduated from Schreiner University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is originally from Cayuga, Texas. Following a long career as a property claims adjuster, he is appreciative of his second act as a clubbie. In his spare time, Chuck enjoys land management, woodworking, being a volunteer firefighter, and all aspects of minor league baseball. He and his wife, Suzanne, reside in Burns, Tenn.
