Mark came to Northwest Arkansas after spending the 2009 season as a Group Sales Assistant with the South Atlantic League Champion Lakewood BlueClaws, the Philadelphia Phillies' Class-A Affiliate. He served as an Account Executive for his first two seasons with the Naturals and as the Group Sales Manager for the 2012 season. Mark was named the Sales Manager of the Northwest Arkansas Naturals in May of 2013, Director of Sales in October of 2016, and Assistant General Manager in January of 2022.

Originally from New York City, Mark graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in music. His first experience in the sports industry came as a summer intern for the Staten Island Yankees, the New York-Penn League affiliate of the New York Yankees.

Dustin is the Senior Director of Marketing for the Northwest Arkansas Naturals.

A Waterloo, Iowa native, Dustin began working for the Naturals in November of 2007. He was named Director of Marketing & Public Relations in October of 2016 after serving as the team's Marketing & Public Relations Manager since May of 2013. Prior to that, he served as an Account Executive as well as a Senior Account Executive for the team, while also handling group coordination at Arvest Ballpark. Currently, he oversees everything involved in the Marketing department including the advertising/marketing plan, media/public relations, website/social media, promotions/theme nights and a variety of other items.

Dustin resides in Lowell, Arkansas with his family and is a proud graduate of the University of Iowa where he majored in Communications and minored in Sociology. When he is not at the ballpark, Dustin likes spending time with his wife Carly and their son, Pearson, and daughters, Vera and Elsie, and also enjoys playing playing golf, video games, fishing, and watching his kids participate in sports and activities.

Dustin and his family love being part of the Northwest Arkansas community and actively support the Alzheimer's Association - Arkansas Chapter and the Down Syndrome Connection of Northwest Arkansas.

Morgan is the Senior Director of Retail, Licensing and Event Experience for the Northwest Arkansas Naturals.

A Bentonville native, she joined the Naturals in May of 2007 and served as Account Executive/Merchandise Coordinator for the 2008 season before taking over as Business Manager in February 2009. She was then named Director, Business Department in October of 2016. Morgan oversees everything involved in our team store/online store, financial items including working with accounting in Buffalo, as well as overseeing the gameday staff budgets and recruiting/onboarding of those associates along with a variety of other items.

Morgan is a 2007 graduate of the University of Arkansas where she majored in Marketing and Political Science. In addition to rooting on the hometown Razorbacks, she is a dedicated St. Louis Cardinals fan. When not at the ballpark, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband Danny and their three kids.

Adam joined the Naturals in 2017 as a Creative Services Coordinator before becoming the club's Game Day Production Manager in January of 2025. A native of Memphis, TN, Adam received his Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Memphis in 2013. Adam also received a Master's degree from Sacred Heart University in Sports Communication and Media in 2016.

Prior to joining the Naturals, Adam was a Creative Services Assistant with the Bowling Green Hot Rods, the Single-A Affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays. He has also worked as a Production Intern for One World Sports and a Production Assistant with Bellator MMA. Adam has also spent time working for the Sacred Heart University Athletic Department and the NEC Network to help broadcast basketball and volleyball games.

Adam is blessed to be married to his beautiful wife Brianna, together they are raising their wonderful son Emmett and making sure their dog June isn't getting into trouble.

In his free time, Adam's hobbies include spending time with his family, playing video games, fishing, and watching sports.

Shawn joined the Naturals in 2023 as the fourth broadcaster in team history.

Prior to joining the Naturals, he served as the Voice of the Bowling Green Hot Rods (2019-2023) and Hagerstown Suns (2018). Shawn has worked in baseball for 10 years, including every level of full season in the minors as an intern, assistant, manager, and director.

Murnin is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and Lackawanna College. When he’s not at the ballpark, Shawn spends his time playing golf, watching sports, collecting baseball cards, and playing video games. He lives in Northwest Arkansas with his wife, Samantha, and son, Elias, and daughter, Rory.

Tucker joined the Naturals staff as an Account Executive following the conclusion of the 2024 season and transitioned to the club's Marketing Coordinator in January of 2025. Prior to being hired full-time, he was a GameDay Intern for the Naturals in 2023 and a Marketing and Promotions Seasonal Intern during the 2024 season.

Tucker graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2024 and worked for the UARK Athletic Department for a year (2022-2023) assisting with marketing and promotions.

He likes to spend his free time with his wife and dogs, playing basketball, and rooting for the Razorbacks.

Matt, our Ticket Office Manager, began his career with the Naturals as a Street Team intern during the 2011 season before being hired on full-time as an Account Executive in 2012 after another internship with the Lakewood Blue Claws.

He is from Basehor, Kansas and is a graduate of Kansas University. Matt currently lives in Centerton with his wife, Savanna, and daughter, Maren. He is a fan of New York style pizza, the color blue, and Eric Church. In his spare time he enjoys traveling the country, visiting zoos and aquariums, watching the Missouri Tigers lose and cheering on the Royals, Chiefs, and Las Vegas Golden Knights. As a diehard fan and Kansas native, Matt will forever cherish the Royals 2015 World Championship.

Steven is a Senior Account Executive with the Northwest Arkansas Naturals. He joined the club in 2021, as a ticket sale seasonal, before being hired as an Account Executive in May of 2022. He was then promoted to Senior Account Executive in January of 2025.

A native of Malden, MO, Steven received his Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Arkansas in 2020. Steven also received a Master's degree from the University of Arkansas in Recreation and Sports Management in 2022.

Prior to joining the Naturals, Steven was a Broadcast Engineer with Razorback Sports Network, an affiliate of the SEC Network and radio producer for the local NPR affiliate, KUAF, and the local ESPN affiliate, ESPN 99.5. In his free time, he works as a play-by-play announcer calling anything from college volleyball to high school football.

Additionally, Steven's hobbies are watching NASCAR and Formula One, going for drives, and spending time with friends. His favorite teams are the Arkansas Razorbacks, the Las Vegas Raiders, the St. Louis Cardinals, West Ham United, and the Southern Illinois Salukis.

Stephen joined the Naturals in 2021 as the Head Groundskeeper at Arvest Ballpark coming to the organization with 30 years of field and facility management experience, both at the municipal and collegiate levels.

A native of Troy, Tennessee, he graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin and now resides in Bella Vista with his wife Ronda and cat Ortis.

In his free time, he enjoys cheering on the UT Martin Skyhawks, Vanderbilt Commodores, Dallas Cowboys, Memphis Grizzlies and the Kansas City Royals.

Brad moved to Northwest Arkansas and joined the Naturals in February 2010 as an Account Executive for 9 1/2 years, returning in April 2021 as the team’s Ballpark Operations Manager.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, he now lives in Fayetteville with his wife Amanda, and two dogs Bernie and Izzy. He enjoys lake days, fantasy sports, golf, and everything Philadelphia Sports.
