Operations

Aurelio Martinez has been with the Round Rock Express since April 2001 and has been a critical piece to the success of Dell Diamond.

Prior to joining the Express, Martinez spent 10 years as a Machinist for Carr Lane Manufacturing. When he joined the E-Train in 2001, he “fell in love with this place.” Martinez credits his success to the incredible people he works with and his love for being outdoors.

His favorite memory is one that the Express front office is thankful for. In 2005, Martinez received a phone call that the home run porch had caught fire. He raced over with a fire extinguisher and put out the flames. It’s this kind of hard work and effort that his colleagues have come to know and love.

Martinez and his wife, Lori, have two daughters, Angela and Rebecca, and a step son, Anthony.
