What is this change to my account and why is it happening?

This change is being made to connect your ticketing account with MLB.com’s account services and is intended to make the ballpark experience easier for you. For the first time, you’ll be able to purchase, access, manage and scan your tickets using an MLB account.

If you already are logged in with your MLB account in either the MiLB app or mudhens.com, any tickets you purchase automatically will be associated with your account for easy access.

Do I need to create a new account to access my tickets?

  • If you don't already have an MLB account and need to create one, please create a new account using the same email address as your previous ticketing account.
  • If you already have an MLB account that uses the same email address as your previous ticketing account, you should be able to log in with your MLB account credentials and access your tickets.

Who do I contact if I have an issue logging into my account?

If you forgot your MLB account password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" option at the bottom of your login page or by selecting this page. Further MLB account or customer service issues can be directed here.

How do I purchase tickets?

Same as always! Tickets can be purchased online, in-person, or by phone. Tickets will be automatically loaded into your tickets account.

How do I access digital tickets that I purchased?

Digital tickets can be accessed two ways — either from the confirmation email you receive after purchasing, or by logging into your ticket account directly.

What if I don't receive my confirmation email?

Confirmation emails can take up to 15 minutes to deliver to your email. If it has been longer than 15 minutes, check your spam or junk folder for an email from ordertracking@tickets.com. If you still cannot locate your email, please call the Mud Hens Box Office at 419-725-4367.

Can I add tickets to my Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

Yes! Follow the instruction above under "Accessing Tickets From Your Account" for information on how to add tickets to your digital wallet.

How can I ensure that I can access my tickets on game day via smartphone?

We HIGHLY recommend that you add all your tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet prior to arriving at Fifth Third Field. This will alleviate connectivity issues at the gate and allow for a smoother and quicker entrance to the ballpark.

Can I print my tickets from home?

Yes! You can print your tickets from home by logging into your tickets account, selecting 'My Tickets,' and clicking on 'View and Print.'

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes, if your group is entering the venue together, you can have all your tickets on one smartphone. You will simply swipe to pull up the tickets individually and scan. If your group is entering the ballpark separately, you will need to forward their tickets via email.

What do I do if I have an issue accessing my tickets once I’ve logged in?

Double check that you are logged into an account with the same email address and name that was used to purchase the tickets. If you are still having difficulty locating tickets, contact the Mud Hens Box Office directly at 419-725-4367.

What if I accidentally forwarded a ticket to the wrong email address?

Simply follow the instructions above for recalling tickets. Once the tickets are back in your account, you can then re-forward it to the correct email address.

What if I cannot find tickets that were forwarded to me?

Double check that you are logged into an account with the same email address and name the sender used to forward you the tickets. The sender may also recall the tickets and then re-forward them to you at your preferred email address. If you are still not able to locate your tickets, please call the Mud Hens Box Office at 419-725-4367.
