Description: The Akron RubberDucks Food & Beverage Internship will give you a great basis of experience and knowledge on how a ballpark operation runs. Hours will center around Akron RubberDucks game days with additional days of set-up and office hours as needed. Our department is looking for candidates to come in with an open mind, a strong work ethic and a willingness to help in delivering our guests with a top-notch dining experience. Below is some information on what job duties the position entails:

· Oversee concessions operations to ensure that locations are adequately staffed and ready to serve guests

· Work with F&B management team to receive orders at our warehouse and distribute them throughout the building

· Help implement exemplary customer service standards in all facets of our operation

· Work with management team to help answers questions and alleviate concerns from guests during events

· Ensure that all safety & sanitation standards are implemented throughout the ballpark in all food service areas

· Spend time with F&B management team learning everyday duties of their jobs including product ordering, scheduling, forecasting and other key functions of the department
