Below are some basic functions of the Isotopes Mobile Tickets site while using your smartphone. Buying tickets is also an additional option for plan holders that can be utilized when logged in from your smartphone.
By logging in from your desktop or laptop, you can also manage your Account Manager to include buying and managing your tickets.
Accessing Account Manager
Go to abqisotopes.com via your smartphone and click the three lines in the top left corner of your screen and select Account Manager.
Log In Screen
To manage and download your tickets, log into your account on your smartphone by selecting ‘Sign In’ in the upper right corner. Enter your email and password (if you do not know your password, click "Forgot Password").
Manage Tickets
Once you select the Menu button, you will see a ‘Manage Tickets’ option that will allow you to view/transfer and do more with the tickets on your account.
In Event
Once you find the event you are interested in you will see all the event info as well as your tickets at the bottom. You can either select the ticket to see your barcode or select the ‘More’ icon for ticket options.
Ticket
Select your ticket to see more information (Section, Row, Seat) and view your barcode to enter RGCU Field at Isotopes Park. It will also have options to ‘Add to Wallet’ or ‘Transfer’. If you need further assistance, please contact an Isotopes Tickets Sales Executive at 505-924-2255.
Enter Info to Transfer
Enter the information of the person you want to send the tickets to, including name, email or phone number. Once everything is entered, click ‘Transfer’ at the bottom right and you will be asked to confirm everything one more time before the tickets are sent for the person to accept. If you cancel the transfer before they've accepted the tickets, the tickets will go back into your account.
