Bio: Bill's diverse professional career includes founding a brewpub (Oaken Barrel Brewing Co.), serving as CFO of the Indiana Office of Attorney General and working as a financial analyst in the healthcare industry. In his business analyst role with the Indians, he enjoys extracting the beauty of truth (and actionable insights) from the mud of data. A fun fact about Bill is that he used to be the dog handler of the celebrity mascot (Buck the Money Dog) for Indiana Unclaimed Property.

Bio: This is Sana's first full time job out of college after graduating in 2022. She started as the Business Operations Coordinator before transitioning into a more analytical role. In college, Sana was the team manager of her school's baseball team. A fun fact about Sana is that she loves being in the ocean; she got her scuba diving certification was she was 11.

Bio: In college, Jake worked with Indiana University Radio/TV Services as part of their production crew for IU Athletics event broadcasts. After graduating, he worked as a Video Production Intern with the Fort Wayne TinCaps in 2023, then spent a season with the Indians in 2024 as a Graphic Design Assistant before being hired full-time. A fun fact about Jake is that he can solve a Rubik's Cube in less than 50 seconds.

Bio: Eric started with the Indians in 2022 as a Game Presentation Intern before being hired on full-time following his college graduation in 2023. A fun fact about him is that he is from St. Louis and was in attendance for both the "Rally Squirrel" NLDS Game and Game 6 of the World Series during the 2011 MLB Playoffs.

Bio: After college graduation in 2021, Jenna moved to Indianapolis from the Louisville, Kentucky area and started her career as a project manager. She entered the sports industry in March 2024 when she joined the Indians staff. A fun fact about Jenna is that she was born in the same hospital as LeBron James and Steph Curry.

Bio: Jake began his career in sports in college through experiences working for his university, both of Toledo's professional teams and the Cleveland Browns. After graduation, Jake worked in mechanical engineering and worked part-time for the Indians for four seasons until being brought on full-time in 2023 after the design refresh of Rowdie. A fun fact about Jake is that he was in circus club in elementary school.

Bio: Max started his career working as a Data Analyst for three years at Conversant/Epsilon in Chicago. He moved back home to Indianapolis in 2021 and joined the Indians as a Digital Marketing Manager. A fun fact about Max is that in 2016, he created a calendar for an internship called Space Cats that sold 17K copies nationwide at Big Lots and was featured on a "Calendar of the Month" club. He double majored in Chinese and Informatics.

Bio: Following her college graduation in 2023, Raegan spent a season with the Indiana Fever as a Media Relations Assistant. Bio: Patrick has extensive experience working with several baseball organizations throughout his career, including the Bowling Green Hot Rods (2009-2010), Albuquerque Isotopes (2011-2014), Atlanta Braves (2015-2018), and the Indianapolis Indians (2011, 2018-Present). A fun fact about Patrick is that he has been to over 160 stadiums (55 College Football, 25 MLB, 22 College Basketball, 13 NFL, 20 MiLB, 13 race tracks, 7 NBA, 7 NHL).

Bio: Cara has worked for the Indians since the 2017 season, where she started as a Ticket Services Assistant. Since then she has worked for the Indians as the Guest Relations Coordinator, and has been in her current role as Ticket Services Manager since 2020. Cara has also worked for the Chicago Bandits professional fastpitch softball team prior to working at Victory Field. A fun fact about Cara is that she is a big music fan and loves to spend her time collecting vinyl, creating playlists, or going to concerts with friends when she's not at the ballpark.

Bio: Kathryn spent the first eight years of her career working for two MiLB teams in North Carolina before moving to Chicago and spending three seasons with the Cubs. As of 2025, Kathryn has been with the Indians for six years and has been working in baseball for 17 years. A fun fact about Kathryn is that she has a 2016 World Series ring from her tenure with the Cubs.

Bio: Jason recently graduated from Butler University with a bachelor's degree in Sports Media and currently attends the University of Indianapolis where he will earn his master's in Sport Management in the fall. He most recently served as a Marketing Assistant for UIndy's athletic department, leading the department's graphic design efforts. During his time at Butler, Jason worked as the Marketing and Communications Intern at the Indiana Sports Corp and undertook internships with Butler’s Athletic department, football and lacrosse teams. A fun fact about Jason is that he once met Shaquille O'Neal at an In-N-Out burger restaurant.

Bio: Arieanna recently graduated from Indiana University Indianapolis with her bachelor's degree in Sport Management. This will be Arieanna's second season with the Indians as she was a member of Rowdie Crew last season. Her other professional sports experience includes roles with the Indianapolis Colts and Indianapolis Motor Speedway. A fun fact about Arieanna is that she collects vinyl records.

Bio: Wyatt attended the University of North Georgia, where he assisted UNG's athletic department as photographer, graphic designer and videographer. Wyatt's professional experience includes serving as the Photography Intern for the Atlanta Gladiators and the Cape Cod Baseball League. A fun fact about Wyatt is that he owns two dogs: a boxer named Kaiser and a bulldog named Josie.

Bio: Prior to joining the Indians, Emma graduated from Occidental College in May of 2025 with a B.A. in History and was an attacker for the Tigers' DIII lacrosse team. She found her passion for sports communications as a writer and editor for the college newspaper, and as a Media Relations intern for the Windy City ThunderBolts. A few fun facts about Emma are that she played in the first women’s sixes lacrosse tournament in the Philippines in January 2026 and also has a toothless cat named Buff.

Bio: Shane hails from Doylestown, Pennsylvania, where he attended East Stroudsburg University (ESU) and served as a student manager for ESU's Men's Basketball team. Prior to joining the Indians, Shane most recently interned with the Houston Astros where he worked for their Stadium Operations department during 2025 spring training, doing minor league clubhouse work. A fun fact about Shane is that he once won his college's recreational basketball league three-point contest.

At ISU, Halle worked as a Student Video Operator for Indiana State Sports Network doing video, audio and live graphics. Her baseball experience includes interning for REX Baseball, where she assisted game day operations efforts. A fun fact about Halle is that she has two French bulldog puppies.
