Bio: Zawacki joined the organization in 2007 as sponsorship sales coordinator and was promoted to director of corporate partnerships in 2008 before adding marketing to his duties in 2012. He was appointed as assistant general manager of corporate sales and marketing in 2016 before assuming his latest role as vice president and chief commercial officer. Primary responsibilities include the development of strategic plans to maximize revenue, guide revenue teams to achieve sales targets, lead the vision for Indianapolis Indians Charities and provide direction for the team’s brand and identity that will stand the test of time.

Bio: Matt started his career as a Ticket Office Assistant (Intern) in 1999. He was then hired on full-time after the 2000 season and worked with the Indians ticket service and ticket sales teams. After that, Matt started working with the stadium operations team in 2012 and became the Assistant GM - Tickets and Operations in 2016, and was named Vice President and General Manager in 2024. A fun fact about Matt is that he played against former MLB pitcher Matt Clement in high school and is pretty sure he walked in his only plate appearance against Clement.

Bio: In college, Bryan gained sports industry experience by working as an assistant Football and Baseball coach at Muncie Central High School (MCHS) while being employed part-time by the Ball State Athletic Ticket Office. Bryan joined the Indians in 2007 as a Ticket Services Intern. A fun fact about Bryan is that during his baseball coaching stint at MCHS, he experienced one of the school's worst losses of all time - a 44-0 defeat against Hamilton Southeastern. He says, "That humbling experience ultimately motivated me to pursue a career in the front office of sports."

Bio: Sarah started her career here in 2012 working in administrative assistance fresh out of college. She then moved into a Premium Services & Outside Events role in 2015. Bio: Bill's diverse professional career includes founding a brewpub (Oaken Barrel Brewing Co.), serving as CFO of the Indiana Office of Attorney General and working as a financial analyst in the healthcare industry. In his business analyst role with the Indians, he enjoys extracting the beauty of truth (and actionable insights) from the mud of data. A fun fact about Bill is that he used to be the dog handler of the celebrity mascot (Buck the Money Dog) for Indiana Unclaimed Property.

Bio: Chandler graduated from Cornerstone University in 2021 with his bachelor's degree in Sport Management and returned for his MBA, which he earned in 2022. He joined the Indians shortly after as a Partnership Activation Coordinator and has grown in his role since now entering his fourth year with the team. A fun fact about Chandler is that he is part of the Indians' slow pitch softball dynasty, where he's won three championships in the past four years.

Bio: After graduating from Penn State from in 2016, Stevens went to work for USA Basketball and the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee in Colorado Springs, Colo. He later served as the Media Relations Manager for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants (Noblesville Boom) in the NBA G League for three seasons. Prior to joining Indy, Stevens worked for Pacers Sports & Entertainment and the Houston Rockets. A fun fact about Ryan was that he was named the inaugural PBWA Val Ackerman Award winner following the 2023 WNBA season, which honored a WNBA media relations official who best exemplified the standards of professionalism and excellence.

Bio: Travis was previously a sports reporter at WMU and has a degree in Digital Media & Journalism. Prior to graduation, he began his cross-country baseball journey with a summer internship in Vermont, working for the Upper Valley Nighthawks of the NECBL. These experiences led him to the desert mountains of El Paso, Texas, postgrad where he served as the Media Relations Assistant for the Triple-A Chihuahuas in 2023. Transitioning from the arid West to southern subtropics, he spent 2024 as a Communications Intern with the Tampa Bay Rays before joining the Indians full-time in 2025. He enjoys spending time with his two cats, Athena and Desmond. A fun fact about Travis is that he was in attendance for Miguel Cabrera's 3,000th career hit at Comerica Park.

Bio: Howard is beginning his 50th season broadcasting the Indianapolis Indians games. Throughout his career, Howard has been inducted into four different Indiana Halls of Fame for his work in sports broadcasting. A fun fact about Howard is that he is the only person ever to do radio play-by-play for both the New York Yankees and New York Mets.

A fun fact about Patrick is that he has been to over 160 stadiums (55 College Football, 25 MLB, 22 College Basketball, 13 NFL, 20 MiLB, 13 race tracks, 7 NBA, 7 NHL).

Bio: Joey got his start in the green industry at 10 years old while working on Stevenson Family Farms, then at 15 when working in turf grass at Dwight Country Club. During college, he spent a season with the Philadelphia Phillies and Kansas City Royals. Joey started with the Indians in 2007 and has served as the Director of Field Operations since 2008. A fun fact about Joey is that he is a certificated Private Pilot, single engine land. He says, "I'd rather be flying."
