Bio: Zawacki joined the organization in 2007 as sponsorship sales coordinator and was promoted to director of corporate partnerships in 2008 before adding marketing to his duties in 2012. He was appointed as assistant general manager of corporate sales and marketing in 2016 before assuming his latest role as vice president and chief commercial officer. Primary responsibilities include the development of strategic plans to maximize revenue, guide revenue teams to achieve sales targets, lead the vision for Indianapolis Indians Charities and provide direction for the team’s brand and identity that will stand the test of time.

Bio: Matt started his career as a Ticket Office Assistant (Intern) in 1999. He was then hired on full-time after the 2000 season and worked with the Indians ticket service and ticket sales teams. After that, Matt started working with the stadium operations team in 2012 and became the Assistant GM - Tickets and Operations in 2016, and was named Vice President and General Manager in 2024. A fun fact about Matt is that he played against former MLB pitcher Matt Clement in high school and is pretty sure he walked in his only plate appearance against Clement.

Bio: In college, Bryan gained sports industry experience by working as an assistant Football and Baseball coach at Muncie Central High School (MCHS) while being employed part-time by the Ball State Athletic Ticket Office. Bryan joined the Indians in 2007 as a Ticket Services Intern. A fun fact about Bryan is that during his baseball coaching stint at MCHS, he experienced one of the school's worst losses of all time - a 44-0 defeat against Hamilton Southeastern. He says, "That humbling experience ultimately motivated me to pursue a career in the front office of sports."

Bio: Sarah started her career here in 2012 working in administrative assistance fresh out of college. She then moved into a Premium Services & Outside Events role in 2015. After a few years she moved back into the Business Operations department. A fun fact about Sarah is that she has more tattoos than people think she does.

Bio: Allan has a diverse work background, including experience in construction and plumbing while working with his father, HVAC installation and servicing as well as commercial building maintenance. A fun fact about Allan is that he is an O Scale Train Fanatic, and has 12 overhead layouts in his garage.

Bio: Kim worked in collegiate athletics in event management and operations for two years, then started her Minor League Baseball career with the Asheville Tourists in 2019. A fun fact about Kim is that she is best friends with Rowdie.

Last summer, he interned with Pastime Tournaments as the site director, managing game schedules and communication. A fun fact about Zach is that he played soccer, football, basketball, baseball, cross country and track and field in high school.

Bio: Ki started working seasonally with us as a home clubhouse assistant in 2011. In 2019, he started working full-time in the stadium operations department. A fun fact about Ki is that he intercepted Rex Grossman twice in high school.

Walkup Song: David Morris - Carrying Your Love

Bio: Joey got his start in the green industry at 10 years old while working on Stevenson Family Farms, then at 15 when working in turf grass at Dwight Country Club. During college, he spent a season with the Philadelphia Phillies and Kansas City Royals. Joey started with the Indians in 2007 and has served as the Director of Field Operations since 2008. A fun fact about Joey is that he is a certificated Private Pilot, single engine land. He says, "I'd rather be flying."

Bio: Prior to his current role, Ben interned for the Indians' Field Operations department in 2023 and 2024. Ben has further built his professional baseball field operations experience interning with the Gary SouthShore Railcats' Grounds and Operations team and most recently worked as a seasonal groundskeeper for the Philadelphia Phillies.

Bio: Following his college graduation and the completion of an internship with the Arena Football League Team, the Indiana Firebirds, Chad started with the Indians as a Ticket Sales Executive in December of 2004. He now oversees all of the Indians ticket and hospitality sales efforts as Senior Director of Ticket Sales. A fun fact about Chad is that in 2009, three members of his coed softball team visited the ER on the same night after a game, with only one being a softball related injury.

Bio: Kerry joined the Indians as a Ticket Services Intern right out of college. He also has a prior work experiences in furniture delivery, factory line assembly, arena security and restaurant serving, though he says, "were certainly more character-building, and less career-building." A fun fact about Kerry is that he spent 18 years growing up in the classic car capital of the world, Auburn, Indiana, and still knows next to nothing about classic cars.
