Bio: Randy is in his 32nd year with the Indianapolis Indians, as of 2025. He was named president by the Indians Board of Directors in November 2016 and was appointed CEO in April 2024. He is just the team’s second CEO since the organization was incorporated in 1955. A fun fact about Randy is that he played in an adult hockey league for 15 years... and is now retired.

Bio: Zawacki joined the organization in 2007 as sponsorship sales coordinator and was promoted to director of corporate partnerships in 2008 before adding marketing to his duties in 2012. He was appointed as assistant general manager of corporate sales and marketing in 2016 before assuming his latest role as vice president and chief commercial officer. Primary responsibilities include the development of strategic plans to maximize revenue, guide revenue teams to achieve sales targets, lead the vision for Indianapolis Indians Charities and provide direction for the team’s brand and identity that will stand the test of time.

Bio: In college, Bryan gained sports industry experience by working as an assistant Football and Baseball coach at Muncie Central High School (MCHS) while being employed part-time by the Ball State Athletic Ticket Office. Bryan joined the Indians in 2007 as a Ticket Services Intern. A fun fact about Bryan is that during his baseball coaching stint at MCHS, he experienced one of the school's worst losses of all time - a 44-0 defeat against Hamilton Southeastern. He says, "That humbling experience ultimately motivated me to pursue a career in the front office of sports."

Bio: Prior to working with the Indians, Morgan moved to Indianapolis for a role in mergers & acquisitions for a marketing agency. This was her first professional job post-grad, in which she quickly fell in love with the city. A fun fact about Morgan is that she competed and pitched in the 2022 Women's College World Series with the Oklahoma State Cowgirls. Morgan was named the 2022 Big 12 Tournament MVP that same season, with wins in the circle over Texas and reigning national champion Oklahoma.

Bio: Chandler graduated from Cornerstone University in 2021 with his bachelor's degree in Sport Management and returned for his MBA, which he earned in 2022. A fun fact about Chandler is that he is part of the Indians' slow pitch softball dynasty, where he's won three championships in the past four years.

Bio: Prior to joining the Indians staff, Levi gained social media graphic and digital design creation experience from working for Mississippi College Athletics and First Ridgeland Baptist Church. While working for Mud Made Apparel, she designed merchandise and collaborated with brands like the Cleveland Cavaliers. She also led the rebrand of the Mississippi College branch of Fellowship of Christian Athletes while spearheading their design efforts and creating content for events. A fun fact about Levi is that one of her merchandise designs is featured in the video game, Grand Theft Auto.

Bio: Jake began his career in sports in college through experiences working for his university, both of Toledo's professional teams and the Cleveland Browns. After graduation, Jake worked in mechanical engineering and worked part-time for the Indians for four seasons until being brought on full-time in 2023 after the design refresh of Rowdie. A fun fact about Jake is that he was in circus club in elementary school.

Bio: Max started his career working as a Data Analyst for three years at Conversant/Epsilon in Chicago. He moved back home to Indianapolis in 2021 and joined the Indians as a Digital Marketing Manager. A fun fact about Max is that in 2016, he created a calendar for an internship called Space Cats that sold 17K copies nationwide at Big Lots and was featured on a "Calendar of the Month" club. He double majored in Chinese and Informatics.

Bio: Travis was previously a sports reporter at WMU and has a degree in Digital Media & Journalism. Prior to graduation, he began his cross-country baseball journey with a summer internship in Vermont, working for the Upper Valley Nighthawks of the NECBL. These experiences led him to the desert mountains of El Paso, Texas, postgrad where he served as the Media Relations Assistant for the Triple-A Chihuahuas in 2023. Transitioning from arid western winds to southern tropical conditions, he spent 2024 as a Communications Intern with the Tampa Bay Rays before joining the Indians full-time in 2025. He enjoys spending time with his two cats, Athena and Desmond. A fun fact about Travis is that he was in attendance for Miguel Cabrera's 3,000th career hit at Comerica Park.

Bio: Prior to joining the Indians, Emma graduated from Occidental College in May of 2025 with a B.A. in History and was an attacker for the Tigers' DIII lacrosse team. She found her passion for sports communications as a writer and editor for the college newspaper, and as a Media Relations intern for the Windy City ThunderBolts. A few fun facts about Emma are that she played in the first women’s sixes lacrosse tournament in the Philippines in January 2026 and also has a toothless cat named Buff.
