Responsibilities:
Pre-game: cleaning shop and equipment, tearing down batting practice, chalking foul lines, assisting with watering the infield, and any additional game setup
Mid-game: dragging the infield, changing bases, pulling field tarp on and off during inclement weather
Post-game: cleaning dugouts, picking up chalk lines, assisting with clay work, setting out batting practice equipment, tarping mounds and plates

Seeking candidates to provide a high level of support to the Field Operations Staff during Iowa Cubs home games and other events. Minimum Qualifications: Coachable and willing to learn new techniques, skills, and practices.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for 8+ hours
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Compensation: $15.00 hourly; estimated 4-6 hours per shift.
