Memphis Redbirds Front Office

Mike Voutsinas, an 18-year veteran of professional baseball and the New York-Penn League Executive of the Year in 2016, joined the Redbirds as Senior Director, Corporate Sales and Marketing in February 2017. He was promoted to his current role of Vice President, Stadium and Baseball Operations in Sept. 2018.

Voutsinas spent three seasons as the General Manager for the Single-A Auburn Doubledays, where he helped the Doubledays receive the Community and Baseball Service Award. Through his leadership, the Doubledays increased attendance by 23 percent and tripled advertising revenue.

Prior to Auburn, Voutsinas spent nearly 13 years with the Triple-A Syracuse Chiefs, serving in roles as Director of Ticket Sales, Director of Marketing and Promotions, and Assistant General Manager.

Voutsinas and his wife, Kimberly, have two young children.

Skylar Bennett joined the Memphis Redbirds for the 2025 season, bringing with her a strong background in athletics, event operations, and fan engagement. Originally from Ponte Vedra, Florida, Skylar was a five-year student-athlete at the University of Central Florida, where she earned two national championship titles while completing her degree in Communications.

Throughout her time at UCF, Skylar gained hands-on experience in the sports industry through internships with the Orlando Solar Bears, UCF Athletics Marketing and Fan Engagement, and the Orlando Valkyries. These opportunities allowed her to build a solid foundation in marketing, ticketing, and community outreach.

In addition to her internships, Skylar worked with the Orlando Sports Foundation in Internal Operations, where she helped plan and execute the Cure Bowl—an annual college football bowl game supporting cancer research. Her full-time role at OSF further deepened her knowledge of nonprofit sports event management and operational logistics.

Now based in Memphis, Skylar is excited to grow her career in sports with the Redbirds, where she is focused on creating exceptional experiences for fans and supporting the team’s sales and service goals.

Patrick joined the Memphis Redbirds as their Director of Marketing in November of 2025.

Prior to the Redbirds, Patrick was the Director of Marketing for the Wheeling Nailers, the ECHL hockey affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins, from 2023-2025. Prior to this, he worked for PLB Sports & Entertainment in Pittsburgh, PA, where he worked with various professional athletes across the NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB on promoting their personal brand(s) via food endorsement items from 2021-2023.

Patrick graduated from Clemson University with a major in Graphic Communications and a minor in Brand Communications. There, he also worked for Clemson University's football program in the recruiting department as a graphic designer from 2018-2021.

In his free time, Patrick enjoys rooting for his hometown sports teams in Pittsburgh, PA, playing pick-up basketball, and spending time with friends and family.

Kayla started with the Redbirds in January 2019 as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. In 2021, Kayla joined the Memphis Grizzlies as the Activation Coordinator. She rejoined the Redbirds in September of 2022 as Director of Marketing. She assumed a new role as Director of Community Relations and Special Events in 2025.

She graduated from the University of Missouri in December 2017 with a Bachelor of Journalism degree. The summer before her senior semester, she interned for Saint Louis FC, a team in the United Soccer League. Following graduation, she spent a season working for the Oklahoma City Dodgers as social media coordinator.

As a St. Louis native, she enjoys supporting her hometown teams (Let's go Blues!). Outside of work, she enjoys reading, running and exploring Memphis.

Ryer joined the Redbirds in August of 2024.

Before Memphis, he was the Media Relations & Marketing Manager at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, the Spring Training home of the St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Marlins. Ryer also worked alongside the Single-A Palm Beach Cardinals and Jupiter Hammerheads in the Florida State League.

Ryer graduated from Miami University (OH) earning Bachelor degrees in Journalism and Sport Management. In his free time, Ryer cheers for his hometown Colorado sports teams, plays pickleball, and continues to explore Memphis.

McKenna joined the Memphis Redbirds as the Digital & Social Media Marketing Coordinator in February of 2026.

Prior to joining the Redbirds, she served as the Social Media & Content Coordinator for Minnesota Aurora, a pre-professional soccer team in the USL-W League. She also gained experience as the Marketing & Social Media Intern for the 3M Open, and previously worked with the North Iowa Bulls (NAHL) and Waldorf University Hockey (ACHA).

McKenna graduated from Waldorf University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Sports Management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and watching sports, often cheering for her favorite hometown Minnesota teams.

Kyren joined the Memphis Redbirds as a Graphic Designer in February of 2026.

Prior to the Redbirds, Kyren worked with Iowa Athletics as a Graphic Design Assistant. She also served as a Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Assistant with the Iowa Heartlanders from 2025–2026 and spent the summer of 2025 as a Graphic Design Intern with the Milwaukee Brewers.

Kyren earned her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Data Analytics from Illinois State University in May of 2024. She went on to complete her master’s degree in Sport and Recreation Management at the University of Iowa, graduating in December 2025.

In her free time, Kyren enjoys grabbing energy drinks, hanging out with her friends and family (and her cat), and watching sports.

Justin joined the Redbirds in March of 2024. He is responsible for helping grow the organization through ticket sales.

Justin has sold tickets for the Houston Texans, New Jersey Devils and New York Islanders among other organizations.

Justin majored in Business Administration with a focus in Sport Management at the University of Southern Maine where he was a member of the Nationally Ranked Track and Field Team. In his free time, he enjoys Disc Golf and rooting for Boston Sports.

Emily joined the Memphis Redbirds as their Manager of Ticket Operations in January of 2026.

Prior to Memphis, Emily worked in ticket operations with the Louisville Bats and the Atlanta Braves. During her time in college, she gained experience in collegiate athletics while working with the University of South Carolina’s women’s soccer and men’s and women’s track and field programs. She has also had the opportunity to work three MLB All-Star Weeks.

Emily graduated from the University of South Carolina with a major in Sport and Entertainment Management and a minor in Event Management.

Nick Joined the Redbirds in June of 2024 as a member of the Inside Sales team and was promoted to Account Executive in January of 2025. Nick graduated from Tulane University where he majored in Finance and Legal Studies in Business.

Hannah joined the Redbirds in January of 2026 as a Group Sales Account Executive. She can help plan and events at AutoZone Park for any group size.

Previously, Hannah worked for the Double-A affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians, the Akron RubberDucks, as a Ticket Sales Associate. While living in Cleveland, Ohio, she graduated from Kent State University and John Carroll University, studying communications, sports psychology and sports leadership. While at home, Hannah played and coached softball for multiple years.

Outside of baseball, Hannah enjoys reading, baking sourdough bread and an assortment of discard recipes.

Davis joined the Redbirds in January 2026 as a Group Sales Account Executive. He is responsible for managing accounts and organizing group outings at the ballpark!

Davis graduated from the University of Iowa in December of 2025 with a Sports and Recreation Management degree. He previously worked as a Group Sales intern with the Cedar Rapids Kernels.

In his free time, he like watching sports (especially Boston professional teams and University of Iowa Hawkeyes)

Aidan joined the Redbirds in August of 2025 as an Inside Sales Representative and was promoted to Account Executive in Membership Sales in November of 2025. He is responsible for managing the accounts of new and existing season ticket members and developing relationships with businesses to create an unforgettable experience at the ballpark.

Aidan is originally from Exeter, New Hampshire, and graduated from Elon University in May of 2025 with a Journalism degree and a minor in Political Science. He has previously worked as an intern with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, where he also worked as an interim visiting clubhouse assistant and batboy.

He is a die-hard Boston sports fan who would give anything for another Celtics championship and is fully convinced that Drake Maye is the truth.

Jackson joined the Redbirds in June of 2025 as an Inside Sales Representative and was promoted to his current role in April of 2026. He is responsible for managing ticket accounts, organizing group outings, and assisting new Season Ticket Members.

Jackson graduated in 2025 from the University of Memphis with a degree in Sports and Leisure Management with a minor in professional selling.

In his free time, Jackson enjoys playing golf and watching all sports. He is a Memphis Tigers fan and also loves the New York Giants.

Danielle recently joined the Redbirds team in the 2025 season. Originally from Houston Texas, Danielle's love for sports started in the stands. As a kid, she was less interested in what was happening on the field and more fascinated by the crowd- the packed bleachers, the chants, the families sharing snacks and the buzz of a full stadium. She quickly realized that her dream wasn't just to be at the game, but to be the reason people showed up. During her time in college Danielle took on any job she could get in her school's athletic department. From sales, promotions and marketing she ultimately fell in love with ticketing.

After earning her degree in sports management from the University of Houston, Danielle set her sights on a career in ticketing. For her, it wasn't about pushing numbers - it was about creating experiences. She wanted to help people find their way to their first baseball game, a family night out , or a seat they'd return to every summer.

In her free time, Danielle enjoys being outdoors, especially hiking with her dog Charlie. She also enjoys photography and cheering on her favorite teams the Houston Astros, the Houston Texans and her alma mater. GO COUGARS!

Casey joined the Redbirds in January 2026 as part of the Inside Sales Team.

Prior to joining the Redbirds, he studied at Indiana University, where he graduated in May 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Marketing and Management and a minor in Business. During his time at Indiana, he attended every Hoosier football and basketball game while holding roles in Athletic Administration, social media marketing, and brand marketing.

In his free time, Casey enjoys watching all sports (especially Boston sports), hiking, and going on adventures with his friends.

Troy joined the Redbirds in January 2026 as part of the Inside Sales Team.

Troy attends the University of Memphis, where he is majoring in Sports and Leisure Management.

In his free time, Troy enjoys watching basketball, especially the Memphis Grizzlies, spending time with his fraternity brothers, and playing basketball.

Tyler joined the Redbirds in March of 2018. He is responsible for helping grow the organization through corporate sales, sponsorships, and premium business development.

Starting as an intern and working his way up to Vice President of Sales, Tyler spent the last six years working for the Quad City Mallards, the ECHL affiliate of the Las Vegas Golden Knights. With his primary focus being Corporate Sales, Tyler also oversaw the Group and Season ticket efforts while with the Mallards.

Tyler majored in Physical Education while attending St. Ambrose University. He was a two-year starter on the baseball team and in his spare time likes to root for the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, and Wisconsin Badgers.

Jansen joined the Redbirds in February 2026 as part of the Corporate Partnerships team.

Prior to joining the Redbirds, he worked in Sports Marketing for O’Reilly Auto Parts, where he gained experience supporting marketing initiatives and partnerships within the sports industry. Jansen graduated from Pittsburg State University in 2021 with a major in Communication and a minor in Marketing.

In his free time, he enjoys watching sports and spending time outdoors with friends.

Teddy joined the Redbirds as an Account Executive, Corporate Partnerships in February of 2026.

Prior to joining the Redbirds, Teddy attended Elon University, where he majored in Sport Management and was a member of Elon's nationally ranked Club Baseball team. Teddy has worked as a Travel Baseball Coach as well as a Scout for Israel Baseball.

Teddy is from the Washington, D.C. Area, but is excited to explore Memphis and build connections.
