Walk-In Wednesdays: The Redbirds will hold walk-in interviews for available positions on Wednesdays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., starting Feb.11 and running through February 25. Those looking for a job should enter AutoZone Park through the team store entrance on Union Avenue, where they will be asked to fill out an application with an interview thereafter.
The Redbirds are now accepting online applications for all of the positions listed below. Please click the link for the position you are interested in applying for and fill out the form. The Redbirds will review all online applications and will contact candidates deemed qualified for interviews.
Guest Services Representatives should be outgoing and eager to assist guests with whatever they may need. Responsibilities range from scanning tickets, checking bags, operating security wands at gates, giving general information and directions throughout the stadium and more. Guest Services Reps will be required to stand for long periods of time outside in the cold, heat or rain.
Set up and execute in-game promotions, lead the crowd in cheers and rallies from on top of the dugout, entertain and interact with the crowd from entrance to exit, work with mascot to fulfill appearances, dance and conduct contests to hype the crowd and maintain stadium energy.
Associates should be outgoing and willing to talk to guests that enter the Team Store or Kiosks. They are responsible for Team Store set-up, running the register, folding apparel and any other Team Store needs. Providing great customer service to anyone that comes into the Team Store is a must.
