Welcome to Harbor Park! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all fans, please take note of our primary ballpark policies:
• Clear Bag Policy: Only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags (max 16" x 16" x 8") are permitted. Small non-clear clutch purses (max 5” x 7” x 3/4”) are allowed. Exceptions are made for medically necessary items and diaper bags after inspection.
• Prohibited Items: No outside food or drinks (except one sealed water bottle per person), backpacks, camera bags, weapons, or professional-grade baseball bats.
• Gates & Parking: Gates typically open 65 minutes before first pitch. Parking is managed by the City of Norfolk and is $6 per vehicle.
• Cashless Venue: Harbor Park is a cashless facility for all concessions and merchandise to ensure faster service.
• Fan Code of Conduct: We maintain a family-friendly environment. Foul language, disruptive behavior, or entering the playing field will result in immediate ejection.
• Rainout Policy: If a game is postponed before 5 innings are completed (4 1/2 if the Tides are leading), your ticket can be exchanged for a future regular-season home game. No cash refunds are issued.
