Introduced in 2026, all of our ticketing plans will be digital. Like many live events, digital tickets will make managing them easier. Digital tickets offer several advantages that can enhance the overall experience of attending games at Harbor Park.
- Convenience at Entry: With digital tickets, we can scan the barcode at the gate, making the entry process quicker and more streamlined compared to handling physical tickets.
- Avoiding Lost Tickets: Digital tickets eliminate the risk of losing or forgetting physical tickets, which can be a major inconvenience.
- Easy Transfer: If you need to transfer your tickets to someone else, just sign in to Account Manager and transfer. This is more efficient than meeting up or mailing them.
- Reduced Risk of Theft or Damage: Digital tickets can’t be stolen or damaged in the way physical tickets can.
- Environmentally Friendly: Going digital reduces paper waste and the need for physical materials, which is a positive step for sustainability.

Below you will find helpful information on how to use some of the features of Tides Account Manager account.
Access your account in Norfolk Tides Account Manager on your desktop:
- Go to your internet browser.
- Type in am.ticketmaster.com/tides
- Sign into your account using the email you have on file with us, this is located on the top right of the page.
- If you are unsure of which email address to use, please contact us and we’ll get you in the right direction.
- Once signed in, you can choose your action on the taskbar.
- You can pay your invoice, manage your tickets, purchase more tickets on tm.com or access our contact information.
- The barcode of your tickets will not be visible on the desktop. To view the actual ticket, you must use your mobile.
Access your account in Norfolk Tides Account Manager on your mobile device:
- Go to your phone’s internet browser (Chrome, Safari, etc).
- Type in am.ticketmaster.com/tides
- Sign into your account using the email you have on file with us, this is located on the top right of the page.
- If you are unsure of which email address to use, please contact us and we’ll get you in the right direction.
- Once signed in, you can choose your action at the top left of the screen.
- You can pay your invoice, manage your tickets, purchase more tickets on tm.com or access our contact information.
Once you are signed in, you will be brought back to this page.
Once selected, you can see the summary of the invoice. You can email the invoice to yourself or continue to make payment.
It is recommended you add the ticket(s) to your Google or Apple Wallet to avoid slow connection.
After selecting the desired event, tap More for options.
Select the ticket(s) you would like to transfer.
You can transfer the tickets via email. Simply fill in the fields and send. If the recipient does not have an account in Norfolk Tides Account Manager, they will need to create one.
