• Assist in preparing the field for game day or events
• Paint foul lines/batter's boxes, repairing pitcher's mound, homeplate and bullpen areas.
• Assist in grooming the infield dirt and the warning track
• Assist with tarp and weather-related situations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Greet all fans and welcome them to the ballpark by assisting them in finding their seating location
• Knowledgeable of all Truist Stadium locations and able to direct guests to locations
• Check all fan tickets and wrist bands to make sure they have club-level access and the ability to participate in the food and beverage program for the club area
• Assist guests with customer service questions
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Ability to work nights & weekends

The Winston-Salem Dash are looking for part-time candidates to fill our production team for the 2026 season and other non-baseball events. Options for Game Day Production staff roles include:

• Camera Operators
• Videoboard Operators
• Replay Operators
• Technical Directors
• Music Operators
• Scoreboard/Statistics

Candidates must be:

• Able to work a majority of 2026 Dash Home games & have a general understanding of baseball.
• Capable of standing for long periods of time, working outside, and being in a loud environment with limited breaks.

Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner

• Utilize high-quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs and spices to create sensational drinks for guests
• Greet guests, take beverage orders from the restaurant servers or directly from guests
• Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards
• Provide information on wine characteristics, evaluate guests needs, make appropriate suggestions and serve wine using proper wine service techniques

• Responsible for setup and breakdown of assigned suites.

• Serve suite-level guests, while adhering to TEAM training standards.

• Responsible for maintaining all in-suite items throughout the game.

• Ability to interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction.
• Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium.

• Ensure timely, efficient, and accurate cash and credit card transactions and reporting
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality
• Responsible for the delivery of all orders taken
• Always provide exceptional customer service
