What is FanRally?
FanRally is a fan-friendly ticket integrator that makes redeeming access passes as easy as possible!

Is this a season ticket?

No. The Pass is not a season ticket. A season ticket membership grants you a guaranteed seat to each of the WooSox home games as well as various benefits and amenities and a dedicated WooSox account representative. The self-service Pass gives you the opportunity to book a GA ticket (standing room) to 2027 games, pending availability, up to three (3) games at a time.

How do I claim my tickets?
Tickets can be claimed at any point on your WooSox FanRally account: https://woosox.go.fanrally.com

Why can't I claim tickets to a certain game?
Tickets are subject to availability, so eligible sections may be sold out for some games. You will have the option to upgrade your pass to upgrade-eligible sections for an incremental cost!

I can't find my tickets?
Ticket barcodes will populate in your WooSox FanRally account 3 hours prior to the game's scheduled start time

Can I share my tickets with family or friends?
You can! You will have to redeem your Pass for tickets before you can forward tickets via email or text message.

Where are my seats?
The Ballpark Pass gives holders the ability to book General Admission tickets for all WooSox 2027 regular season home games at no additional charge after the initial cost of the pass.
The Family & Family Plus Pass gives holders the ability to book General Admission tickets for all WooSox 2027 regular season home games at no additional charge after the initial cost of the pass. You also can upgrade to the Berm at no additional cost!

Can I release tickets after I redeemed my Pass for a ticket?
Yes! If plans change & you can no longer attend a game, you can easily release your tickets back to unlock one of your game slots, to then be applied to another game.

What if I want Traditional Season Tickets?
Traditional Season tickets can be purchased by emailing the WooSox Ticket Office at ticketoffice@woosox.com

Is this an Auto-Renewing plan?
For your convenience, your Pass plan will automatically renew after the 2027 season for the 2028 season. You will receive an email at least 2 weeks in advance with information on how to cancel/modify your plan for the 2028 season.

Is there an additional cost to book the tickets?
No! There is no additional cost to book your tickets for General Admission. You will be able to upgrade your tickets to upgrade-eligible sections as you like game-by-game (subject to availability)!

Can I resell my tickets?
Pass plan tickets are not eligible for resale. If a Pass holder is found to be reselling tickets, their plan may be canceled without refund.
